The presence of the syndrome cardiorenal and the repercussion of the cardiac
hurt that influences the renal function and vice versa with the presence of the multiple
clinical manifestations, where the deterioration of the functions of these vital organs
will drive to a decrease in the quality and life expectation in the patient must us
orientate to the early detection of these cases to be able to begin a treatment that delays
or avoids the progression of the disease knowing that are diverse the mechanisms that
they carry to the dysfunction in the health of the patient, it´s necessary for this motive
the early intervention, to classify the patient inside his respective type of syndrome
cardiorenal (nowadays five types exist) the suitable clinical managing on the part of the
professionals of health especially in those patients who present factors of risk and those
that have not been treated as a way adapted in the first stadiums of the disease.
Nowadays, 43 % of the Ecuadoran population suffers from arterial hypertension
(for every 100.000 persons, 1.300 are hypertense); more than 65 % of patients with
hypertension and diabetes mellitus degenerates into renal insufficiency, considering that
the Ecuador has 16 ' 278.844 (source INEC) inhabitants, it thinks that for 2.015 the
patients with renal insufficiency will be 11.460 (National Program of Renal Health 2015
- Department Public Health of the Ecuador), which allows us to establish that this
population of patients is that one that major tendency to present syndrome cardiorenal at
any time.
The purpose of the early detection of a patient who already is inside the different
types of syndrome cardiorenal or renocardiaco is to provide treatment as soon as
possible to manage to avoid the progression and his reference, to prevent them the
complicaciones from presenting clinical manifestations that could take the patient to
multiple hospitable income diminishing hereby the quality of life of the patient and with
fatal consequences.
