Wastewater treatment has been expanding over recent years, biotechnological trends have been a pillar in industrial innovations, the use of enzymes and bacteria demonstrates the evolution of the degradation of the organic load present in the different effluents industrial, however the use of these biotechnological factors are not for all discharges, however for the effluent of the Cartonera Industry its application is possible with multiple satisfactory results. The application of the Byoenzimar enzyme to the Industrial effluent of Cartonera will be efficient and will lower by 89% the Chemical Demand of Oxygen and by 92% the Biological Demand of Oxygen and other organic load present in the effluent, through secondary treatment using the process aerobic enzyme was adapted and physicochemical characterization were performed initially the analyzes reach the adequate values by the effluent standards of marine water discharge the decrease of the organic matter in an effective and immediate way
