Análisis de la dinámica empresarial del cantón Durán y su impacto en el empleo período 2012-2016

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de la dinámica empresarial del Cantón Durán y determinar cuáles son las actividades económicas que tienen mayor influencia dentro de la misma, período comprendido entre los años 2012-2016. Para cumplir con los objetivos del trabajo se utilizarán métodos y técnicas para obtener el análisis y entender los acontecimientos generados en el Cantón. Se muestra la evolución de la dinámica empresarial con respecto al número de empresas, ingresos por ventas, valor agregado bruto, número de empleados según las actividades económicas registradas en el Cantón Durán, el mayor movimiento se refleja en la Industria Manufacturera y en el Comercio. De esta manera se busca determinar cuál es el impacto del crecimiento empresarial en el Cantón y su impacto en el empleo. Se formulan recomendaciones para mejorar los resultados obtenidos y ayudar a la disminución del desempleo.

The aim of this paper is to carry out an analysis of the business dynamics of Cantón Durán and determine which economic activities have the greatest influence within it, from the period 2012-2016. To meet the objectives of the work methods and techniques will be used to obtain the analysis and understand the events generated in the Canton. It shows the evolution of business dynamics with respect to the number of companies, sales income, gross value added, number of employees according to the economic activities registered in Canton Durán, the largest movement is reflected in the Manufacturing Industry and in Commerce. In this way we seek to indicate what is the impact of business growth in the Canton and its impact on employment. Recommendations are made to improve the results obtained and help reduce unemployment.
