Estudio y diseño de un núcleo urbano arquitectónico en pro del desarrollo de Milagro

Abstract

La presente investigación se encuentra basada en el análisis de la ciudad de Mi¬lagro desde lo general, o macro, a lo es¬pecifico. Empezando por la zonificación de la urbe para encontrar un sector que responda a la intervención mediante un núcleo urbano que fomente el desarro¬llo a la población de la ciudad. Dicho nú¬cleo urbano sera representado mediante diferentes obras que en conjunto forma¬ran este proyecto urbano arquitectónico, dichas obras responderán a un análisis del sector en cuanto a equipamiento ur¬bano, transporte, movilidad, infraestruc¬tura urbana, usuarios y como principal objetivo del proyecto, el hombre urbano. En este punto se conoce la intervención de la zona céntrica de Milagro, ver ilus¬tración 1,en donde, muy aparte de tener varios tipos de equipamientos, el principal hito de este sector es la estación del tren, de la cual se empieza para tener objeti¬vos de la propuesta y así generar un hilo conductor que lleve a la misma a cumplir con el objetivo general de la investigación.
