La responsabilidad familiar en el desarrollo de actitudes positivas en niños de 5 a 6 años de edad.

Abstract

La educación es un proceso dinámico que comienza en la familia y se fortalece en la escuela. Tanto los docentes como los padres tienen un objetivo común que es el desarrollo integral de los educandos. Esta investigación se realizó para determinar el impacto de la responsabilidad familiar en el desarrollo de actitudes positivas en niños de 5 a 6 años de edad para formular estrategias de formación permanente para docentes y representantes legales. Se realizó encuestas y entrevistas a los padres de familia y docentes en la Escuela Fiscal María Teresa Solá de Estrada y los resultados indicaron que hay grandes problemas de aprendizaje en los infantes, debido a las actitudes inadecuadas que mantienen. Con el fin de resolver este problema, se diseñó un taller con enfoque humanista para docentes y representantes legales que se impartiría periódicamente en la institución para fomentar el desarrollo de actitudes positivas en los niños de 5 a 6 años.

Education is a dynamic process that begins in the family and is strengthened in school. Both teachers and parents have a common goal that is the integral development of the students. This research was carried out to determine the impact of family responsibility in the development of positive attitudes in children from 5 to 6 years of age to formulate strategies for ongoing training for teachers and legal representatives. Surveys and interviews were conducted with parents and teachers at the María Teresa Solá de Estrada school and the results indicated that there are great learning problems in infants, due to the inadequate attitudes they maintain. In order to solve this problem, a workshop with a humanist approach was designed for teachers and legal representatives that would be given periodically in the institution to encourage the development of positive attitudes in children from 5 to 6 years old.
