Currently, the Faculty of Mathematical and Physical Sciences of the Computational Systems Career does not have an optimal record of student attendance, which still presents inconsistencies due to external factors, which causes the margin of error in the attendance reports in the students is taller. Therefore, the main objective of this project is to minimize the margin of error in student attendance reports and provide more realistic and reliable data. The reliability of the data obtained through the present project is that its infrastructure as such requires the mandatory presence of the student to register attendance (except in the justified case of students who require to be registered by means of a magnetic card, for which would justify with a certificate approved by the directors), and thus also the resource would be optimized time that has the teacher to teach their classes. The direct beneficiaries of the present project will be the Computational Systems Career, future teachers and students that form the aforementioned Careers, in addition there is the feasibility that their implementation could be at the level of the University of Guayaquil in future studies. The implemented methodology is the AUP (Agile Unified Process) or in Spanish "Agile Unified Process", because it is a software that allows to show functions in accordance with the modifications that are required allowing to show progress in their development, their life cycle is iterative incremental allowing to develop the production phases without affecting the structure as such of the software nor its quality. The engineering career in Computer Systems is the main one involved in this approach.
