COMUNICACIÓN ASERTIVA Y SU INFLUENCIA EN LAS RELACIOES INTERPERSONALES EN LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA MARTHA BUCARAM DE ROLDÓS.

Abstract

La finalidad del proyecto es mejorar la comunicación en la Unidad Educativa Martha Bucaram de Roldós, para esto es importante llevar a cabo buenas relaciones interpersonales, es decir promover buenas conductas y valores dentro y fuera del plantel, al comienzo se observó que no se implementaba una comunicación asertiva con los miembros de la institución . Las bases teóricas se fundamentan en bibliografía científica referentes a la temática de este proyecto. Los métodos que se emplearon fueron método inductivo y deductivo y los tipos de investigación: cualitativas, investigación de campo, investigación explicativa. La muestra es del tipo probabilístico obtenida de una población estratificada. Como técnicas de investigación se emplearon: la observación, la entrevista y la encuesta. Los resultados de aplicar los instrumentos de investigación se representar de manera tabular y gráfica; y permitieron justificar la propuesta de elaborar e implementar una Guía comunicacional para promover la Comunicación Asertiva entre los miembros de la Unidad Educativa Martha Bucaram de Roldós.

The purpose of this investigation is to improve communication at school Martha Bucaram de Roldós, for this reason it is important to carry out good interpersonal relationships, that means to promote good behaviors and values inside and outside the establishment. At the beginning it was observed the assertive communication with the members of the institution. The theoretical bases are based on scientific bibliography referring to the theme of this investigation. The used methods are inductive and deductive. The types of the research are qualitative and explanatory research. The statistic of the investigation has a probabilistic type, it was obtained from a stratified population. As research techniques it was used: observation, interview and survey. The results of applying the research instruments are represented in tabular and graphic form; they allowed us to justify the proposal in order to develop and implement a communication guide to promote assertive communication among members of the school Martha Bucaram de Roldós.
