ANÁLISIS DE LAS REGULACIONES DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DE COMUNICACIÓN Y SU IMPACTO EN LOS MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN AUDIOVISUALES DE GUAYAQUIL.

Abstract

La presente investigación se sustenta en la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación, basándose en el análisis de las regulaciones y el impacto que se han generado en los medios audiovisuales, tiene como objeto de estudio analizar las normas de la LOC que han sido expuestas para la televisión. El estudio de este proyecto de titulación se sostiene en documentaciones bibliográficas, y artículos de la ley, siendo estas utilizadas como base teórica aplicada en el marco teórico y el legal. El proceso investigativo se enmarca en los enfoques cualitativo y cuantitativo para incrementar el estudio, se utilizaron los métodos inductivo, deductivo y estadístico. La población considerada para esta encuesta fueron los moradores del Cerro Santa Ana, 352. Las técnicas aplicadas fueron: la entrevista, y la encuesta. El alcance que se tuvo gracias a los instrumentos empleados fueron respuestas favorables para la elaboración de la guía multimedia informativa desarrollada en la plataforma digital Play Buzz, con la finalidad de informar de una manera interactiva los artículos de la LOC que hacen referencia a la regulación a medios audiovisuales. This research is based on the communication´s law, based on the analysis of the regulations and the impact generated in audiovisual media, it has as object of study analyzing rules of LOC that has been exposed to television. The study of this project of qualification is held in articles of the law, being these used as a theoretical basis applied in the theoretical framework and the legal and bibliographical documentation. The investigative process is part of the qualitative and quantitative approaches to increase the study, inductive, deductive and statistical methods were used. The population for this survey was the inhabitants of Cerro Santa Ana, 352. The applied techniques were: the interview and survey. The which was obtained thanks to the instruments used were favorable responses for the elaboration of informative multimedia Guide developed in the digital platform Play Buzz, in order to inform in an interactive way, the LOC articles that refer to the audiovisual media regulation.
