No
libros, folletos y revistas de información que se encontró en internet;
The following research was conducted in order to analyze and disclose
how they were affected in the vertical dimension and centric occlusion
patients, by misuse of articulating in the manufacture of a removable metal
prosthesis. The aim of this analysis was to determine the correct use of
the articulator in the manufacture of removable metal prosthesis to avoid
such problems. Articulators have basic objective simulate the mandibular
movement, whether it is with or without tooth contact tooth contact. By
articulating the maxillary and mandibular model on an articulator model
can reproduce and relate the rear guide (Temporomandibular Joint) and
anterior guidance (anterior tooth guidance). Furthermore, it is possible to
reproduce the tooth contacts between the two models in static position. All
articulators are associated with a head shot. Not all articulators are
oriented to ATM. This should also be known, because this produces
limitations on the articulator in the reproduction of tooth movement
contactants mainly, taken into account to avoid mistakes. Financial and
material resources were needed between them were used; literature
sources such as books, brochures and magazines of information found on
the Internet; and useful for the investigation elements. The central
relationship has been the subject of differing views in dentistry for over a
century. Throughout this work, we will expose different methods used both
for recording and for checking the accuracy and corroborate condylar
position. Since there is no scientific evidence on the issue, in this matter,
we review the experimental studies reported in the literature. We've
divided into two parts, the first dealing with the definition of centric relation
and the second part related recording techniques, condylar position and
the discrepancy between centric relation and centric occlusion.
