Manejo de la pulpitis irreversible. Caso clínico.

Abstract

La presencia de una pulpitis es la causa más frecuente por las que nuestros pacientes acuden a una consulta buscando el alivio de diversas manifestaciones clínicas sintomáticas de esta patología, es por ello que se procedió a la selección de este trabajo cuyo objetivo consistió en plantear un protocolo clínico para el paciente con presencia de pulpitis irreversible, el cual se basó en la revisión bibliográfica de diversos autores donde recomiendan realizar los determinados pasos operatorios para la realización de una biopulpectomia en la que se usó la técnica de instrumentación con limas Protaper Universal manual y la técnica de condensación lateral, obteniendo así un resultado eficiente que garantiza un alto porcentaje de éxito en este tipo de terapia endodóntica; en conclusión podemos destacar que es muy importante establecer un correcto diagnóstico del diente afectado para poder establecer un buen tratamiento con el cual podamos mantener en boca al órgano dentario ya que de ello dependerá la estética, fonética, masticatoria y demás funciones que una pieza dentaria brinda a los pacientes. Realizar una correcta desinfección del conducto radicular procurando llegar a la longitud establecida, una buena maniobra de irrigación con los diferentes agentes desinfectantes, una preparación y condensación del conducto junto con el conocimiento de la anatomía del diente es de gran aspecto significativo para el tratamiento endodóntico.

The presence of a pulpitis is the most frequent reason for that our patients come to a consultation looking for the relief of diverse clinical symptomatic manifestations of this pathology, it is for it that one proceeded to the selection of this work which aim consisted of raising a clinical protocol for the patient with presence of pulpitis irreversibly, which based on the bibliographical review of diverse authors where they recommend to realize the certain operative steps for the accomplishment of a biopulpectomia in which the technology of instrumentation used with limes manual Protaper Universal and the technology of lateral condensation, obtaining this way an efficient result that guarantees a high percentage of success in this type of therapy endodóntica; in conclusion we can emphasize that it is very important to establish a correct diagnosis of the tooth affected to be able to establish a good treatment with which we could support in mouth to the organ toothwort since on it the aesthetics will depend, phonetic, masticatory and other functions that a piece tooth offers to the patients. To realize a correct disinfection of the conduit radicular trying to come to the established length, a good maneuver of irrigation with the different agents disinfectants, a preparation and condensation of the conduit together with the knowledge of the anatomy of the tooth is of great significant aspect for the treatment endodóntico.
