The current dentistry has achieved great technological development allowing in some cases optimize the treatment of oral rehabilitation in edentulous patients of both arches, having various techniques with many instruments and biomaterials able to restore the functioning of the stomatognathic system, severely affected by various pathological alterations which produced the edentulous maxilla and mandible. The purpose of this study is to replace lost teeth and tissue support, seeking balance stomatognatic rescue system. For which a female patient was chosen, she referred not to be comfortable with her teeth, we proceeded to perform the respective medical history assessing their state of oral and general health; concluding to carry out the development of total prosthesis with porcelain teeth in the upper and lower jaw. Before starting the chosen treatment the amount of bone resorption of the jaw was analyzed, which primarily determined the use of porcelain teeth and lingual metal bar at the bottom prosthesis. Excellent results since the weight of both materials ensured a better retention, stability, support, aesthetics, phonetics and swallowing thus a higher degree of patient satisfaction. We have also used porcelain teeth in the maxilla despite the excellent retentive conditions, because during the course of time porcelain teeth wear the teeth of acrylic resin altering the dental occlusion of full dentures
