Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo hacer un estudio del incremento de la labor del Community
Manager (CM), la demanda laboral y el impacto que genera en las redes sociales al posicionar una marca
o producto, así como manejar o gestionar ciertas situaciones de conflicto. Es básico que para el
desempeño de un CM tenga conocimientos de marketing, publicidad y diseño gráfico, así como poseer
ciertas habilidades que se deben potencializar para su labor. Ante el auge de esta nueva rama de la
comunicación se presentan interrogantes como: ¿El futuro comunicador social sabe operar los canales
virtuales como corresponde?, ¿es posible el estudio de la formación de un CM en la Facso?, ¿cuál es la
preparación que debe tener el CM?. Para reforzar estos conocimientos, y de manera práctica, se presenta
una propuesta para que los estudiantes puedan impulsar la imagen de la FACSO en redes sociales This research aims to create a study about the work of the Community Manager (CM),the
labor demand and the impact it has on social networks to position a brand or product as well as
handle or manage certain situations of conflict. It is essential that for the performance of a CM it
is necessary to have knowledge of marketing, advertising and graphic design, as well as to have
certain skills that should improve the job. With the growth of this new branch of communication
appeared such questions as: the future Social Communicator knows how to operate virtual
channels and use them with benefits? Is it possible to create a workshop in FACSO?, What
preparation you should have for CM? To reinforce this knowledge and practical for practical
value for the students of FACSO was created a proposalin order to boost the image of FACSO
social networks.
