Esta propuesta de negocio consiste en la creación de una empresa
productora y comercializadora de tilapia roja ubicada en el cantón
Palestina; es decir, que abarcará desde el cultivo de tilapia, su procesamiento para el empaque del producto y de su distribución, con la finalidad de satisfacer la demanda nacional. Es importante mencionar, que la empresa no solo abarcará el mercado de Palestina sino también el del Catón Guayaquil, dado que es un mercado con un alto potencial; además,de tener altas expectativas de expansión por todo el país. El producto que se piensa comercializar son filetes de tilapia que tendrán dos presentaciones, congeladas y frescas. Las primeras, serán
empacadas al vacío para mejorar su conservación, las presentaciones serán de 454 y 910gr. Y los que son frescos, tendrán empaque Stryrofoam y una cubierta plástica, se mantendrán en cadena de frío para su conservación, sus presentaciones serán al peso. La necesidad que cubre este producto es la de contar con un alimento saludable y fresco en las mesas de familias ecuatorianas, contribuir a la variación de los alimentos preparados en casa que aporte con proteínas beneficiosas; además, de contar con un gran sabor. La competencia directa que tendrá la empresa, son marcas como Mr. Fish de PRONACA, Real, Santa Priscila y la que venden las cadenas de supermercado más representativas del país como lo son SUPERMAXI
y Mi Comisariato en el cantón Guayaquil; mientras que, en Palestina, lo que más sobresale es la venta de la tilapia en los mercados; se puede decir que son los pequeños productores aledaños a la zona son los competidores en este último cantón. La inversión que se requiere para la implementación del negocio propuesto es de US$ 887.852,95 como inversión inicial, valor que se financiará con un crédito de la Corporación Nacional Financiera (CFN) enun 60% a un plazo de 10 años y con una tasa de interés anual de 7,15%.2. Es así que el 40% restante del monto de inversión inicial se lo financiará con fondos propios de los dos socios.
Las estrategias comerciales y de comunicación que se plantean implementar se encuentran acorde a las preferencias del mercado meta, lo que permitirá que se tenga una penetración del mercado en un 2% en el primer año, hasta un 4% en el tercer año. Luego de lo cual, el negocio permitirá una tasa de retorno de 119% por encima de la inversión inicial y un valor actual de US$ 4’494.745,83, lo que demuestra que la propuesta es rentable y viable. This business proposal consists in the creation of a company
producing and selling red tilapia located in the canton Palestine; That is to
say, that it will cover from the cultivation of tilapia, its processing for the
packaging of the product and its distribution, in order to satisfy the national
demand. It is important to mention that the company will not only cover the
Palestine market but also the Guayaquil cathon, since it is a market with a
high potential; In addition, to have high expectations of expansion
throughout the country.
The product that is thought to commercialize are fillets of tilapia that
will have two presentations, frozen and fresh. The first ones, will be
packed in the vacuum to improve its preservation, the presentations will be
of 454 and 910gr. And those that are fresh, will have Stryrofoam
packaging and a plastic cover, will be kept in cold chain for its
conservation, its presentations will be to the weight.
The need for this product is to have a healthy and fresh food in the
tables of Ecuadorian families, to contribute to the variation of foods
prepared at home that contribute with beneficial proteins; In addition, to
have a great flavor.
The direct competition that will have the company, are brands like
Mr. Fish of PRONACA, Real, Santa Priscila and the one that they sell the
chains of supermarket more representative of the country like
SUPERMAXI and Mi Comisariato in the canton Guayaquil; While in
Palestine, what stands out most is the sale of tilapia in the markets; Can
be said that are the small producers bordering the area are the
competitors in this last canton.
The investment required for the implementation of the proposed
business is US $ 887,852.95 as an initial investment, which will be
financed by a 60% credit from the National Financial Corporation (CFN)
