ESTUDIO DE MERCADO PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE CABAÑAS ECOLÓGICAS EN LA PROVINCIA DE ESMERALDAS -RECINTO LAVADERO

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar la aceptación del mercado para la implementación de unas cabañas ecológicas en el recinto Lavadero, parroquia Lagarto de la provincia de Esmeraldas. Se procedió a realizar un estudio de mercado por medio de investigaciones de campo y opiniones de otras personas de la parroquia Lagarto y del mismo cantón para lograr conocer la aceptación de las cabañas entre ellos las personas que les gusta la naturaleza y descubrir las falencias y necesidades que tiene el Recinto Lavadero. El propósito de este trabajo es aportar al desarrollo turístico al cantón brindando un servicio de hospedaje, alimentación y recreación. En el sector no existen unas cabañas ecológicas lo que incita al cliente a conocer una nueva opción en cuanto a hospedaje, alimentación y diversión. Al ser unas cabañas ecológicas se entiende que el impacto al medio ambiente será mínimo, puesto que al ser ecológicas los materiales que se utilizan en la construcción no contaminan el medio ambiente.

This main objective of this investigation is to access the market acceptance for the Implementation of an ecological cabins in the Recinto Lavadero, canton Rio Verde of the Esmeraldas province. A market study is carried out through field researches, other reviews of the Persons of the lizard Parish. And just knowing the Canton to achieve acceptance of the cabins including people who love nature and discover the shortcomings that the place it has. The purpose of this work is to contribute to tourism development in the Canton Rio Verde, offering hosting services, Food and entertainment. In this place there aren’t some ecological cabins which induce the customers to know a new option in The lodging, food and entertainment. Being ecological cabins it is understood that the environmental impact will be minimal, since being and ecological materials that are used it in the construction will not pollute the environment.
