Resumen
El proyecto que se lleva a cabo, existe porque se identificó en el sistema
académico de la Universidad de Guayaquil, ciertas falencias en algunos procesos,
de lo que surgió la necesidad de tratar de automatizar algunas funcionalidades
que podrían ser criticas durante los eventos académicos del semestre. Siendo
estos los procesos de generación de horarios, que por su complejidad y consumo
de mucho tiempo, demanda mucho esfuerzo.
Para lo cual se decidió diseñar un modelo de datos consistente y fácil de
entendimiento, así como los respectivos procesos de generación de horarios de
clases (semiautomático), horario de exámenes (automático), con sus respectivas
consultas, general y personalizada, lo que nos daría como resultado, una mayor
rapidez al realizar las tareas de generación de horarios con mucha facilidad al
personal administrativo, aprovechando su disponibilidad para ejecutar otras tareas
importantes, asegurando que los tiempos planificados al inicio del semestre no se
prolonguen. The project is carried out, because there was identified in the academic system of

became necessary to try to automate some functions that could be critical during
the academic semester events. These being the schedules generation processes,
which due to their complexity and long time consumption, demand much effort.
For which it was decided to design a model of consistent and easy to understand
data as well as the respective processes of generation of class schedules (semi)
testing schedule (automatic), with their respective consultations, general and
custom, which we It would result in a faster when performing tasks generation
schedules with ease administrative staff, taking advantage of his availability to
perform other important tasks, ensuring that the times planned at the beginning of
the semester will not be long.
