The project is to implement a web system which is a repository of information as text
files, images and videos, including different file extensions: *. doc, *. pdf, *. dat, *.
wav, etc.
Typically in an University is that the teacher is forced on many occasions to deliver
educational material to students, which makes it through copies, sent by e-mail, or the
student has to go to the copier to ask by the owner who left his teacher. This results in
loss of time both teacher and student, and with the copies, such as origin of other
copies, they lose the quality of the document.
Every semester, the teacher again asked the students to get them back, or have to resendby e-mail the same document at 30 or 40 new students.
The proposed solution is a program that will define an organizational structure
identifying grouping levels: teacher, art.Teachers will have a file where you can upload any file type compatible with the application: classes, homework, videos, etc. in order that students can download them or check them in real time.
Students entering the system must first authenticate to this will have to be
registered. After entering the information may consult the materials in which it is
registered in a specific year cycle. Also you can download the files on the PC which
is connected to the system.
The idea of the application is to be established university policies for teachers to
upload files with other educational information upload videos of their classes by the
possibility that the student can review in case they missed.
The teachers come up documentation may be made public or not, according to the
guideline of the flow of learning that the teacher thought it best for student learning,
so the student can only download the information the teacher in the first instance as
published setpoints
