Mejoramiento de la productividad aplicando el Sistema "Lay-Out" en la área de viajes de la Empresa Medisumi.

Abstract

RESUMEN TEMA: MEJORAMIENTO DE LA PRODUCTIVIDAD APLICANDO EL SISTEMA “LAY-OUT” EN EL AREA DE VIALES DE LA EMPRESA MEDISUMI.” Autor: PANTUSIN ALCIVAR JORGE VINICIO El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo mejorar la productividad realizando un estudio de las diferentes distribuciones de áreas en la planta de Medisumi. La elaboración de esta redistribución es optimizar la distribución de equipos, recurso humano y flujo de material para así de esta manera elevar al máximo el sistema de producción en el área de viales, para ser más competitivos en costo y calidad. Para esto se efectuó investigaciones bibliográficas de parámetros y Criterios Teóricos de los autores más relevantes en la materia de distribución de planta, se clasificaron los parámetros y criterios en las diferentes variables que intervienen en un estudio de distribución de planta, se calificaron los criterios que más se relacionaban con los diferentes parámetros. Luego se procedió a realizar el diagnóstico de la distribución física de la plantas por medio de un levantamiento de información a través de la observación y medición de distancias, capacidades de equipos, relación de áreas; además estudio de tiempos, movimientos, diagramas de recorridos. Posteriormente se hace la comparación de la distribución actual y de la redistribución propuestas. Luego se presentan los costos de realizar la redistribución el cual tendrá un valor de inversión de $8400, dado con la distribución actual la empresa deja de producir 420.000 unidades de viales en 10 meses y con la redistribución propuesta la empresa solo deja de producir 168.000 unidades en 10 meses, logrando producir 252.000 unidades más en ese lapso de tiempo lo que representa $12.600 beneficiándose de este modo la empresa y obteniendo mayor productividad.
