Resumen
En Ecuador, según la el Consejo Nacional de Discapacidades existe un 13% de
discapacidad, por lo cual esta tesis tratará esta necesidad de índole social,
para poder ayudar a los niños en condiciones especiales haciendo énfasis en
aquellos de escasos recursos.
La base teórica se fundamenta en la investigación del grupo desatendido y sus
necesidades para poder fomentar su inclusión social. De acuerdo a la
recolección de datos obtenidos por medio de encuestas realizadas y
entrevistas a especialistas en el tema, se plantea que por medio de terapias y
ayuda focalizada se podrá llegar a incluir a este determinado grupo que desde
su infancia deben ser tratados y rehabilitados.
El Centro Humanitario Infantil de Rehabilitación Integral (CHIRI) está diseñado
para cubrir una demanda 200 niños al día. In Ecuador, according to the National Council on Disabilities there is a 13%

to help children with special conditions emphasizing
those with limited resources.
