Análisis comparativo in vitro entre material de poli vidrio y porcelana para restauraciones clase II

Abstract

Después de 5 años en la Facultad Piloto de Odontología es importante resaltar los conocimientos que he adquirido gracias a las enseñanzas impartidas por Docentes con gran capacidad profesional en este trabajo. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue evaluar mediante una comparación in vitro de estos dos materiales restauradores excelentes como lo son poli vidrio y porcelana en restauraciones clase II, la cual abarcaremos de forma completa y detallada desde la organización y planeamiento en la Clínica Odontológica, con el instrumental, la tecnología clásica y avanzada, conceptos e información obtenida como morfología de los premolares y molares, procesos de elaboración, diferente uso, tejidos duros y blandos del diente, correcta adhesión, diferencia entre estos dos materiales, sus ventajas y desventajas, diferentes clasificaciones, etc. para así llegar a tomar las decisiones y poder aplicarlas clínicamente. En los últimos años han ocurrido avances muy importantes en el área de los materiales restauradores, siendo entre los más importantes la resina de fotocurado y la porcelana. El desarrollo de estos dos materiales restauradores modernos representa un gran avance, ya que permiten una excelente estética, manipulación y control del tiempo clínico. Las principales limitaciones que presentan estos dos materiales tanto la porcelana por las sesiones clínicas a diferencia de la resina que es menos tiempo, está relacionada a su durabilidad clínica, y mucho más si es aplicada en el sector posterior, ya que las fuerzas oclusales u otros factores pueden influir en la restauración. Se espera con esta investigación lograr un precedente en cuanto a la investigación sobre el análisis comparativo entre el material de poli vidrio y porcelana para una restauración II clase en vitro debido a que estos dos materiales restaurativos en el ambiente bucal, presentan en un 2 porcentaje alto ventajas y desventajas para su adaptación en las piezas dentales vitales o no vitales. NATURALEZA DEL PROBLEMA ENCONTRADO En los últimos años el uso de estos dos materiales Poli vidrio y Porcelana en especial para restauraciones clase II in vitro, debido a su importancia en el medio como excelentes materiales restauradores, vamos realizar un análisis comparativo, la cual refiere la atención especial de este trabajo. The objective of this research was to evaluate through in vitro comparison of these two excellent restorative materials such as poly glass and porcelain restorations in class II , which will cover a complete and detailed form from the organization and planning at the Dental Clinic , with the instrumentation, Classic and advanced technology , concepts and information obtained as morphology of the premolars and molars , processes , different use , hard and soft tissues of the tooth , proper adhesion , difference between these two materials , their advantages and disadvantages, different classifications , etc. . so get to make decisions and to apply them clinically . In recent years major advances have occurred in the area of restorative materials , being among the most important resin curing and porcelain. The development of these two materials modern restorers represents a breakthrough, since they allow excellent esthetics , handling and control of clinical time . The main limitations of these two materials both porcelain clinical sessions unlike the resin which is less time is related to its clinical durability, and more if applied to the posterior , as the occlusal forces or other factors can influence the restoration. This research is expected to achieve a precedent for the research on the comparative analysis between the glass and poly material porcelain restoration in vitro class II because these two restorative materials in the oral environment , presented in a 2 high percentage pros and cons to adapting parts vital or non-vital tooth . NATURE OF THE PROBLEM FOUND In recent years the use of these two materials, glass and porcelain Poli especially for class II in vitro restorations due to their importance in the middle as excellent restorative materials , we will make a comparative analysis , which relates the focus of this job.
