The importance of the cavities of the fourth class is meeting the objectives
restoring all plastic insert , adhere the material
much tooth structure in cases in order to avoid seepage
marginal protect dentido - pulp complex preserving their vitality,
retain and mechanically support the healthy permanent tissue
restore and maintain the anatomic shape and the optical anatomy .
Sivers and Johnson 1 agree that the degree of destruction of the crown
it is a determining factor in deciding which materials and techniques will be
used to restore the tooth form and function . The primary function of
bolt is to get the stump and restraint rather bolt is a
element that can weaken the root.
Before any restorative treatment , we assess the
aesthetic potential complications and choosing the right type of material
will use . The endodontic treatment and restoration of teeth
the esthetic zone require careful monitoring of procedures and
materials to preserve a translucent , natural look . Since no
met these requirements often we find changes
discoloration (darkening ) of endodontic tooth. To achieve
good aesthetics in previous non-vital teeth that are thought to place
all-ceramic crown can be made to the use of
ceramic fiber or carbono23 bolts .
This graduation work fits into the type of research
descriptive , analytical , explanatory , same as by reviewing
literature allows us to identify the problems of the object of study:
