• Caries no restaurables.
• Pericoronitis.
• Traba de erupción.
• Riesgo fractura mandibular.
• Neuralgias asociadas.
• Indicación prostodóntica.
• Indicación ortodóntica.
• Apiñamiento.
• Previo a Cirugía Ortognática y Reconstructiva
Oral Surgery . Definition: Therapeutic intended to remove the organ
tooth acting on the tooth socket joint ( sinartrosis ) . It is the
higher occurrence of surgical procedure in dentistry.
Oral surgery is a branch of dentistry that treats
illnesses and accidents with manual interventions with
a given instrument .
The removal of root fragments to conduct flap is indicated when
fracture of a tooth being pulled . Be used after
has been attempted removal of residual root for the alveolar route without
success.
Indicators for the extraction of permanent teeth are:
• Caries not restorable .
• Loss of bone support. (Periodontal Indication ) .
• repeated failure of conventional and non-conventional endodontics .
• dento -alveolar trauma that does not allow final rehabilitation .
• refractory apical infections , chronic apical periodontitis.
• Infections associated deep spaces .
• Transformation Cystic tumor of tooth - sacs.
• Root Resorption external and / or internal.
• Rizoclasia neighboring teeth.
• Pericoronitis .
• Lock eruption.
• Risk mandibular fracture.
• Neuralgia associated .
• prosthetic indication .
• orthodontic indication .
• Crowding .
• Before Orthognathic and Reconstructive Surgery
The purpose of this paper is to describe , analyze, and explain pre-
literature review, which are the characteristics of the extraction
multiple of root fragments in the maxilla and what are the
indications , surgical technique, in addition to post- operative care .
