Sistema de seguridad adaptable para brazos robóticos

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar conceptualmente un sistema de seguridad para brazos robóticos adaptable a diferentes contextos de operación industrial: traslado de materiales, soldadura y ensamble de piezas; la finalidad del trabajo es dar solución a la creciente necesidad de sistemas de seguridad industrial frente al incremento de tecnologías de brazos robóticos en el mercado local.
Los objetivos específicos de este trabajo de investigación son: el estudio del estado del arte de las tecnologías y normativas relacionadas con la seguridad industrial, la definición y esquematización de las funciones del sistema, el diseño de tres soluciones preliminares y la definición de la solución conceptual óptima a través de un análisis técnico-económico.
Como principal conclusión del trabajo realizado se diseñó preliminarmente un sistema de seguridad adaptable a al menos tres casos de aplicación industrial planteados con un nivel de desempeño PLb según la norma ISO 13849-1:2015. El sistema cuenta con dispositivos de sensado con tecnología láser: dos escáneres láser y una barrera multihaz. La actuación del corte de energía al brazo se realiza a través de un contactor y la emisión de la alarma, a través de una torreta de luces. Finalmente, el control de todos los elementos del sistema se realiza a través de PLC de seguridad.
