| dc.description | This paper aims to analyze the importance of maintaining a technical criterion in the legal interpretation used by the consumer protection authority (Indecopi), for the resolution of conflicts arising from the provision of financial services. Likewise, the role played by the legal mechanism provided for in the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, the conditions of its application and the limits it presents. Finally, a brief reflection is presented on the dynamics between financial regulation and consumer protection that operates in this market. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo, pretende analizar la importancia de mantener un criterio técnico en la interpretación legal que emplea la autoridad de protección del consumidor (Indecopi), para la resolución de conflictos derivados de la prestación de servicios financieros. Asimismo, se precisa el rol que cumple el mecanismo legal previsto en el Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor, las condiciones de su aplicación y los límites que presenta. Finalmente, se expone una breve reflexión acerca de la dinámica entre la regulación financiera y la protección del consumidor que actúa en este mercado. | es-ES |
