Abstract

El presente proyecto está enfocado en la estructuración de un área que surge por necesidad en el trabajo de la empresa, ya que existían varios inconvenientes con las diferentes y largas funciones que tenían los inspectores de obra en el día a día y no tenían tiempo para llevar a cabo la ejecución de funciones administrativas, además de que la empresa estaba teniendo pérdidas ya que los proyectos no eran entregados por retrasos en los procesos administrativos. Nace el área de CVC, que es la que audita los procesos y procedimientos de los contratistas y subcontratistas que licitan con la empresa y su finalidad es cumplir con los requisitos legislativos colombianos, con los lineamientos administrativos y apoyar al área de seguridad social. y salud en la obra para que todos los trabajadores que ingresen a la obra de manera segura y eficiente cumplan con los contratos establecidos y los tiempos establecidos en cada uno para cumplir con la actividad comercial principal de nuestra empresa constructora. Por tal motivo lo que queremos lograr con este trabajo es identificar la importancia de estructurar las áreas a tiempo y de la manera más organizada para que los procesos de las empresas funcionen uniformemente y no tengan un desfase en el proceso y tengan que agotar recursos. humanos y uno de los más importantes en este momento, que es el tiempo.
