Resumen
Las redes sociales han evolucionado la forma de comunicarnos, se han
convertido en una nueva fuente de información y de expresión. Se trata de una
comunicación espontanea, libre, inmediata, diversa y universal, que permite a las
personas, participar activamente en los temas de su interés. El contenido que se
genera en la interacción con las redes sociales es vasto y se ha convertido en una
valiosa fuente de información, que requiere ser analizada y explorada mediante
la aplicación de técnicas para la clasificación o etiquetado de sentimientos, con el
propósito de encontrar patrones o tendencias en el comportamiento de las personas,
que apoyen a las organizaciones en el fortalecimiento de sus tareas relacionadas
con marketing digital. Este artículo hace un recorrido teórico por diversas técnicas
utilizadas para la clasificación de sentimientos en medios sociales. Se propone el
clasificador lineal de aprendizaje supervisado SVM (Support Vector Machines) para
la clasificación o etiquetado de sentimientos en redes sociales.
