The present article presents the principal results of a study made by using different statistical multivariate methods, principaly studies multiface-multimethod and studies of
convergent validity and discriminant, in the validation o fa model of Formative Evaluation
of Universitary Profcssor core, with samples of different majors using multiple instruments
of data recruiting (Questionnaires of students, professors and major directors).
