Resumen
Motivated by the current deregulation and concentration of social networking platforms, discussions regarding regulatory proposals gained preponderance in the Brazilian and international public agenda. In this way, this article, based on bibliographical and documentary research, aims to find possibilities for regulation in the Brazilian context by bringing together different proposals for democratic regulation, which if combined with a movement of convergent regulation, it can gain support. Thus, it is intended to add to the discussion on the regulation and limitation of the power of platforms and the realization of freedom of expression and other fundamental rights in the environment of social networking platforms.
