Resumen
The main objective of this project was to approve the Law Project No. 4.211 / 2012 that establishes the work of sex workers and distinguishes it from the crime of sexual exploitation. Absenteeism of norms that legalize prostitution as a profession leaves these professionals on the sidelines, left to their own devices. In view of this, the State fails to implement one of the basic principles of the Democratic State of Law, the primordial dignity of the human person. The Gabriela Leite Law Bill (PL no 4.211 / 2012) prepared by politically organized prostitute women aims to legalize prostitution and open new opportunities, as well as ensure the realization of the fundamental rights of sex workers.
