Resumen
In this paper, we socialize the results of Brazilian scientific production (dissertations and theses) about SARESP (1996-2016), in addition to the possible relationships between this evaluation and the forms of privatization that permeate the educational scenario. This is a qualitative research with a bibliographic survey in the databases of CAPES, USP, UNESP and UNICAMP. In summary, we identify the following developments: use of results to plan and redesign school work; curricular standardization and narrowing; directing and controlling teaching work; limiting the autonomy of teachers; imposing a single rhythm for learning; incidence on the evaluation practices in schools and student training for SARESP. The analysis of these aspects allowed us to highlight how privatization has been inserted and permeating schools through large-scale evaluations.
