dc.descriptionEl proceso estratégico regularmente se encuentra enmarcado dentro de un enfoque racional nor- mativo sin tomar en consideración la distribución del poder al interior de la organización. Por lo anterior, este artículo busca esclarecer cómo la distribución del poder puede afectar la efectividad de la formulación e implementación de la estrategia, identificando los diferentes actores que influencian éstos procesos, el papel que juega el conflicto entre intereses particulares y las patologías organizacionales derivadas del abuso y mal uso del poder.es-ES
