| dc.description | To approach professionals teaching of the health is a social problem in Angola that constitutes a necessity that belongs together with the partner-technological demands that from their creation the professionals of the Centers have been claiming of Diagnostic and Physical Rehabilitation in this country of the African continent. The study that is presented goes directed to 30 professionals of the Centers of Diagnostic and Rehabilitation belonging to Luanda province; in which the problem is presented: How to contribute to their continuous professionals teaching , in function of the attention to people with ECNT?; that´s why we have as general objective: to design a scientific result that allows to continuous teaching in the professionals of the Centers of Diagnostic and Physical Rehabilitation in the county of Luanda/Angola. From the factice diagnostic in the population group to study the preparation lack prevails not to direct the treatment for exercises in patient payees of Chronic Illnesses Transferable that attends these centers. | dc.description | Abordar la superación de los profesionales de la salud como un problema social en Angola constituye una necesidad que se corresponde con las demandas socio-tecnológicas que desde su creación han estado reclamando los profesionales de los Centros de Diagnóstico y Rehabilitación Física en este país del continente africano. El estudio que se presenta va dirigido a 30 profesionales de los Centros de Diagnóstico y Rehabilitación pertenecientes a la provincia de Luanda; en los cuales se presenta el problema: ¿cómo contribuir a su superación continua, en función de la atención a personas con ECNT?; para lo cual se propone como objetivo general: diseñar un resultado científico que permita la superación continua de los profesionales de los Centros de Diagnóstico y Rehabilitación Física en la provincia de Luanda/Angola. Desde el diagnóstico fáctico en el grupo poblacional a estudiar predomina la falta de preparación para dirigir el tratamiento por ejercicios en pacientes portadores de Enfermedades Crónicas no Transmisibles que asisten a estos centros. La propuesta ha de incluir acciones que resuelvan el problema a través de las vías de la preparación metodológica. | es-ES |
