To achieve efficiency in the operation of the micro-universe, it is necessary to systematically improve the preparation of comprehensive methodologists Primary Education, by the responsibility they assume in the work area. For this reason we propose a system of workshops that allow the preparation of these officials to influence the advice, guidance and control in micro-universities, on issues related to the research component.Para lograr la eficiencia en el funcionamiento de la microuniversidad, es necesario perfeccionar sistemáticamente la preparación de los metodólogos integrales de la Educación Primaria debido a la responsabilidad que asumen en el trabajo del territorio. Por esta razón se propone un sistema de talleres que posibilita la preparación de estos funcionarios que inciden en la orientación, asesoramiento y control en las microuniversidades, en aspectos relacionados con el componente investigativo.
