dc.descriptionThe present work expose´s the new challenges to Secundaria Básica's Model of the Professional of Generals and Integrals teachers studies, at the field of Pedagogical Sciences, it offers an evaluation about how the teachers's initial formation is conceived and some considerations are for proposed its perfecting, it exposes besides, the processes that take place at basic high schools (pedagogic delivery, school organization, design of the activities that realize at the school, political ideological preparation, among others) and the relational level and concretion that must exist between to make its guiding character perfect in triggering of the school.en-US
dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se exponen los nuevos retos que, en el campo de las Ciencias Pedagógicas, le corresponden al Modelo del Profesional de la Carrera de Profesores Generales Integrales de Secundaria Básica, se ofrece una valoración sobre cómo es concebida la formación inicial de los docentes y se proponen consideraciones para su perfeccionamiento, se exponen además los procesos que se desarrollan en las escuelas Secundarias Básicas (entrega pedagógica, organización escolar, diseño de las actividades que realizan en la escuela, preparación política ideológica, entre otros) y se establece el nivel de relación y concreción que deben existir entre ellos para perfeccionar su carácter orientador en el accionar de la escuela.es-ES
