dc.descriptionOne of the challenges of the High Education in the state of Mexico is the improvement of learning and the competitions in the students, in order to grow successfully in the modern society. Among the strategies oriented by the Secretariat of Public Education for the academic improvement in these centers is the development of the socio-emotional abilities through the program "ConstructT". This research is centered in evaluating the development of the socio-emotional abilities in the students and their impact in the obtained academic results with the implementation of the program referred in the High Education in the state of Yucatan, Mexico. The methodology followed was a qualitative type, carried out by means of the technique of incorporated focal groups with teachers of the program "ConstructT". The main found findings of this research are: the necessity to perfect the qualification of  the teachers  in the managing  of the  socio-emotional  abilities based on the  New Educative Model, it also  offers possibilities  of  its  implementation of this  program on the part of the educative authorities.en-US
dc.descriptionUno de los desafíos de la Educación Media Superior en el estado de México, lo constituye el logro de aprendizajes y  competencias básicas en los estudiantes  para desempeñarse con éxito en la sociedad moderna. Entre las estrategias orientadas por la Secretaría de Educación Pública para la mejora académica en dichos centros se encuentra el desarrollo de las habilidades socioemocionales a través del programa “ConstruyeT”. Precisamente esta investigación estuvo centrada en evaluar el desarrollo de las habilidades socioemocionales en los alumnos y su impacto en los resultados académicos obtenidos con la implementación del programa referido en la Educación Media Superior en el estado de Yucatán, México. La metodología seguida fue de tipo cualitativo, llevada a cabo por medio de la técnica de grupos focales con docentes incorporados al programa “ConstruyeT”. Entre los principales hallazgos encontrados se destacan: la necesidad de perfeccionar la capacitación a los docentes en el manejo de las habilidades socioemocionales propuestas por el  Nuevo Modelo Educativo, así como brindar un mayor seguimiento a la implementación del programa por parte de las autoridades educativas, para poder evaluar sus resultados con instrumentos de medición adecuados a lo largo del trayecto educativo.es-ES
