dc.descriptionInstitutions around the world have been dealing with the students’ growing apathy and demotivation which can lead to a lack of skills and in the worst case, school retention. Neurodidactics comes up as a recent discipline and an innovative step to improve the quality of education and defeat apprentices’ disinterest by the optimization of teaching-learning processes, on the basis of neuroscience. Neuroscience provides important knowledge about brain functioning to enhance teaching. Therefore, it is essential that professors know more about this discipline so that they can innovate in their educational practice, foster motivation and contribute to the development of students’ skills. Throughout this article, the main features and contributions of Neurodidactics will be mentioned in order to achieve a transformation in Education and generate a positive impact on learners.en-US
dc.descriptionEscuelas de varias partes del mundo han estado lidiando con la creciente apatía y desmotivación estudiantil que pueden conducir a una carencia de habilidades en los pupilos y en los peores casos, a la deserción. Como una medida novedosa para elevar la calidad de la educación y combatir el desinterés del alumnado, surge la Neurodidáctica, disciplina reciente que busca optimizar los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, tomando como base a las neurociencias. Las neurociencias brindan importantes aportes sobre el funcionamiento cerebral a la enseñanza, por lo que es esencial que los docentes conozcan dichos aportes para innovar en su práctica educativa y así fomentar la motivación y el desarrollo de competencias en los estudiantes. A lo largo de este artículo, se mencionarán las principales características y contribuciones de la Neurodidáctica para lograr una transformación en la educación y generar un impacto positivo en los aprendices.es-ES
