Análise do edifício sede Sinduscon – BA, certificado pelo IPTU Verde Salvador

Abstract

O presente artigo estuda a edificação sede do Sindicado da Indústria da Construção do estado da Bahia (Sinduscon - BA) que fica situada em Salvador/BA e é a primeira edificação certificada IPTU Verde em Salvador, em sua categoria. Para a realização desse artigo a metodologia utilizada compreende: a revisão bibliográfica que abrange o estudo do conceito do Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano (IPTU) como uma ferramenta de incentivo fiscal para estimular a adoção de técnicas e atitudes mais sustentáveis; estudo de como se estrutura a certificação sustentável IPTU Verde Salvador, apresentando os critérios para concessão da certificação e apresentação dos requisitos que a compõem, que estão relacionados à gestão das águas, eficiência e alternativas energéticas, projeto sustentável e emissões de gases de efeito estufa; e análise do edifício sede Sinduscon-BA com os benefícios em ter aderido a uma certificação sustentável.

This article studies the head office building of the Synticate of the Construction Industry of the state of Bahia (Sinduscon – BA), which is located in Salvador/BA and is the first IPTU Verde certified building in its category. For the realization of this article the methodology encompasses: the literature review that comprises the study of the concept of municipal property tax breaks (IPTU) as a tool of fiscal incentive towards the adoption of sustainable techniques and attitudes; the study of the structure of the sustainable certification IPTU Verde Salvador, presenting the criteria for the concession of the certification and the requisites that it is made up of, which are related to water management, efficiency and alternative energies, sustainable project and greenhouse gas emissions; and the construction analyses of the building and the benefits of this building for adhering to a sustainable certification.
