Resumen
The main objective of this research was to investigate the community communication
developed in the set of favelas of Maré as an articulator / mobilizer of informational dynamics
in favor of the democratization of information, the construction of citizenship and the
emancipation of those who practice it and those who have access to it. In this sense, the
research questioned the informational and linguistic strategies and practices of this type of
communication to attract mobilize and raise awareness among the residents? What
differentiates the information produced by the community communication from the
information produced by the mass media and its power of transformation of the inhabitants
and the territory? He also investigated whether community communication promotes a change
in the subjectivity of Maré residents and for this we draw inspiration from Félix Guattari's
pioneering reflections on the production of subjectivity and micropolitics. We treat
community communication practices as molecular resistors that produce micro-revolutions
that create mutations in the conscious and unconscious subjectivity of individuals and social
groups and that break into liberating processes. The research results pointed out that the
information and knowledge provided by community communication leads residents to
question the world they are in and to think and reflect the need for change. The research also
detected that the performance in community communication is an opening for new
perceptions, new meaning and values. Changing the perception of the favela, changing the
relationship with the territory and the other, thinking and acting collectively, denouncing, but
also presenting solutions, sensitizing and mobilizing the residents are only part of a great
transformation that communicators are going through.
Neste contexto a
