Nivel de satisfacci?n de los familiares de los usuarios atendidos en la unidad de cuidados intensivos polivalente del Hospital General de la Plaza de la Salud, en el per?odo abril -junio 2022

[Espa?ol] Introducci?n: La hospitalizaci?n en una unidad de cuidados intensivos (UCI) supone una experiencia estresante no solo para el paciente, sino que tambi?n para su familia. Para estos ?ltimos, el impacto psicosocial que la estancia en la UCI les provoca, no solo est? determinado por la situaci?n de riesgo vital del familiar, sino que adem?s por otras fuentes potenciales de estr?s. M?todo: Se realiz? un estudio observacional, descriptivo, tipo encuesta transversal, donde se tomaron las opiniones de los familiares de los usuarios ingresados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Polivalente del Hospital General de la Plaza de la Salud en el periodo abril-junio de 2022, para evaluar su satisfacci?n e identificar aspectos a mejorar. Resultado: La edad promedio de los familiares fue de 41-50 a?os, 38 de los encuestados correspondieron al sexo masculino (48%) y 42 (53%), en lo que respecta el nivel instrucci?n 47 (59%) pose?an estudios superiores, la familiaridad con el paciente de mayor fueron los hijos con 31 (39%), en cuanto a lo que respecta al nivel de ingresos econ?micos destacan los rangos de 11, 000 a 20,000 pesos mensuales, las motivaciones de traer el paciente al hospital destaca por recomendaci?n con 43 (54%), el tiempo de espera en emergencias o sala cl?nica hasta el ingreso a cuidados intensivos destaca la valoraci?n de regular de 12 a 24 horas con una frecuencia de 28 (35%), el motivo de ingreso fueron m?s frecuentes enfermedades no quir?rgicas 43 (54%), en lo que respecta al nivel de satisfacci?n, podemos apreciar que de los encuestados 44 (55%) estuvo muy satisfecho, en respecto a si se le fue informado de forma detallada y precisa sobre el diagn?stico del paciente en el lugar donde se encontraba previo a su ingreso a la UCI, se estableci? que 31 (39%). Discusi?n: los familiares presentan cambios en la din?mica de vida como cuidado personal, inestabilidad econ?mica y cambios en la interacci?n social, expresan sentimientos positivos por el ingreso de su paciente a una unidad cr?tica y sus expectativas est?n relacionadas con la informaci?n, trato digno y atenci?n eficaz. [English] Introduction: Hospitalization in an intensive care unit (ICU) is a stressful experience not only for the patient, but also for their family. For the latter, the psychosocial impact that the stay in the ICU causes them is not only determined by the life-threatening situation of the family member, but also by other potential sources of stress. Method: An observational, descriptive, cross-sectional survey type study was carried out, where the opinions of the relatives of the users admitted to the Polyvalent Intensive Care Unit of the General Hospital of the Plaza de la Salud were taken in the period April-June 2022, to assess your satisfaction and identify aspects to improve. Discussion: family members present changes in the dynamics of life such as personal care, economic instability, and changes in social interaction, they express positive feelings for their patient's admission to a critical unit and their expectations are related to information, dignified treatment and attention effective.
