[English] According to the Digital Global Overview Report 2021 prepared by We Are Social and Hootsuite, the number of internet users in the world grew by 7.3% reaching 4,660 million (2021). In the Dominican Republic, the number of Internet users increased by 80 thousand (+ 1.0%) between 2020 and 2021 for a total of 8.16 million. The country's Internet penetration stood at 74.8% in January 2021. This research is being developed with the purpose of providing a solution that guarantees high school students in the Dominican Republic to be able to carry out their studies without having the concerns that they have an electronic device and do not have an internet connection and / or their parents do not have sufficient financial resources to allow them to pay for the services of a stable network. Through this study, the student is given an efficient way to be able to take the courses that are on the platform on a weekly basis, and at the time of completion, to be able to download the following contents of the next missing period. The educational centers will be provided with this solution with the contents that comply with the pedagogical worksheet of the subjects, which will be in a web portal so that their students can download it, store its content and run it on their computers. HoStudy is an innovative tool in the Dominican Republic that proposes to implement ICT with the aim of making available to high school students an application that guarantees the continuity of studies, regardless of the limitations that may arise. Among the features offered by this tool is the availability of content through the use of tools based on alternative technologies for each unit without necessarily being connected to an internet network
