Introduction: Introduction: In this paper, the team focused on developing a bibliographic review of the literature about the different respiratory rehabilitation methods applied to post COVID-19 patients, in order to gather and expose the most des- cribed ones and to know their efficacy in the recovery process. Acquisition of Information: The research methodology was based on collecting data from primary research articles, published since the beginning of the pandemic in the PubMed database; attending to the characteristics of the study, such as the methodology used, the period of duration of the study, and the results. Synthesis of the Information: 10 out of a total of 2536 articles were included in the first search. The majority (9) of the articles were based on applying physical rehabilitation techniques and defining the level of response to it. Only 1 study used drugs (salbutamol) to measure the breathing improvements. Conclusions: Post COVID-19 patients frequently report persistent respiratory impairments even months after the infection has resolved. Little research has been conducted on rehabilitation methods for functional recovery; there is an urgent need for further studies to provide more evidence about methods to treat these post COVID-19 patients in order to achieve a full recovery.Introducción: Este trabajo consiste en una revisión bibliográfica de la literatura acerca de los diferentes métodos de rehabilitación respiratoria aplicados a pacientes post COVID-19, con el fin de reunir y exponer aquellas más descritas y conocer su eficacia en el proceso de recuperación de la enfermedad. Adquisición de información: La metodología de investigación se basó en recolectar datos de artículos de investigación publicados desde el inicio de la pandemia en la base de datos PubMed, atendiendo las características del estudio como la me- todología utilizada, el periodo de duración del estudio y los resultados. Síntesis de la información: Se incluyeron 10, de un total de 2536 artículos obtenidos en la primera búsqueda. La mayoría (9) de los artículos se basan en aplicar técnicas de rehabilitación física y determinar el nivel de respuesta a la misma. Solo 1 estudio utilizó fármacos (salbutamol) para evaluar la mejoría o no en la respiración. Conclusiones: Los pacientes post COVID-19 frecuentemente informan deficiencias respiratorias persistentes hasta meses luego de la infección. Las investigaciones realizadas sobre rehabilitaciones para la recuperación funcional son escasas, se necesita de manera presurosa continuar con estudios que aporten mayor evidencia sobre cómo tratar a estos pacientes con el fin de que logren una recuperación completa.
