dc.descriptionEn este trabajo se analizó el movimiento de un cuerpo rígido de forma elipsoidal, con semiejes a, b, c (donde a = b ≥ c). Su centro de masa se ubica en la recta que contiene al semieje c. El movimiento fue sobre un plano horizontal sometido a la fuerza de gravedad. Se analizaron tres tipos de movimiento para el elipsoide: sin fricción, con fricción por deslizamiento y con fricción por rodadura pura. En todos los casos al aplicar las leyes de la mecánica se obtuvieron sistemas de Ecuaciones Diferenciales Ordinarias no lineales y acopladas, las cuales fueron resueltas numéricamente por el método de Runge Kutta de orden 4.
dc.descriptionIn this work we analyze the dynamics of a rigid body, of ellipsoidal form with semiaxis a, b and c (where a = b ≥ c). Their center of mass is located in the straight line that contains the semiaxis c. lts motion was on a horizontal plane subject to the force of gravity. Three types of motion were analyzed, for the ellipsoid: without friction, with friction for slip and with friction for pure rolling. In all the cases after applying the mechanics laws, systems of Non-Linear Coupled Differential Ordinary Equations were obtained, which were solved numerically by the method of Runge Kutta of order 4.
