The knowledge society demand of education system, profound changes associated with access, production and exchange of information. Practices that are not in the traditional interpretation of copyright the guarantees necessary for their development. So, although it encourages teachers to create, adapt, share and publish, using the opportunities created by the Information Technology and Communication - TIC, the fact is that exceptions and limitations against works with “All rights reserved” are severely restricted, making it illegal to share, adapt or present them publicly. This paper discusses an experience of collaborative creation of Open Educational Resources with teachers, where the adoption of Creative Commons Licenses use is promoted, as a legal alternative and coherent response to this reality.La sociedad del conocimiento demanda del sistema educativo profundos cambios asociados al acceso, producción e intercambio de información. Prácticas que no encuentran en la interpretación tradicional del Derecho de Autor las garantías necesarias para su desarrollo. Así, aunque se anima al docente a crear, adaptar, compartir y publicar, aprovechando las oportunidades que generan las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones - TIC, lo cierto es que las excepciones y limitaciones frente a obras con “Todos los derechos reservados” son muy restringidas, haciendo ilegal compartirlas, adaptarlas o presentarlas públicamente. Este artículo comenta una experiencia de creación colaborativa de Recursos Educativos Abiertos con docentes, donde se fomenta la adopción de Licencias de Uso Creative Commons, como alternativa legal y coherente frente a esta realidad.
