Resumen
This study aimed to propose an ecological restoration plan of a rural property located in the municipality of Lunardelli-PR in order to adapt it to the requirements of environmental regulations, the new Forest Code (Law N. 12.651 / 2012). In the past, the same subdued their Permanent Preservation Areas and Legal Reserve to make way for agricultural and pastoral activities. Ecological restoration is an activity that has as its starting or accelerating ecological restoration promoting health, integrity and sustainability of an ecosystem. In order to do it, different restoration techniques have been proposed for different areas of the property, as follows: induction and conduction of natural regeneration, enrichment planting and density, and the total planting. First, we designed a sketch of the property and after, we carried out the monitoring of natural regeneration potential, both autochthonous as allochthonous, the floristic characterization of the remnants of APP and LR, and the quantification of the costs for recovery and adequacy of these areas. The property was appropriate to Article 55 of Law N. 12.651 / 2012 after having been entered electronically in the Rural Environmental Registry - RER, with indications of its limits and its areas of restricted use delimited. In addition to producing goods and ecosystem services to the occupants of the property, the proposed model for restoration of the site significantly reduces the cost of material used and other inputs used in the suitability of the property the new Act into force. With the need to comply with the legislation, the development and implementation of recovery plans and restoration of degraded areas are necessary and compete at various professionals working in the environmental area.
