Resumen
The electric energy, in the present day, is fundamental for the execution of all the realizable activities. Therefore, it invests a lot in forms of renewable energy generation, that is, that attack less the environment, thus managing to meet the needs of society. A form of renewable energy used for the generation of electric energy is a process of the luminous energy of the Sun. The Brazilian energy context undergoes an unprecedented structural change in the country's history, due to the publication by the National Electric Energy Agency of Normative Resolution 482 of 2012; a new milestone has been created in the sector. Consumers have acquired the right to generate their own electricity. The paper presents the project of a residential microgeneration for the city of Curitiba, the explanatory text is a Brazilian energy practice and the peculiarities of the national electric system. From solar energy, with greater emphasis on solar photovoltaic energy. Operation and solar photovoltaic components are explained. The main technologies do not present market and its characteristics are mentioned in the sequence. Installations of photovoltaic panels to the grid. After the theoretical analysis, the design of the photovoltaic system is carried out at the installation site of the panels, considering the electrical characteristics that are peculiar to the region and the analyzed residence, and are themselves the consumption of electric energy.
