Resumen
This work aim to develop four reduced scale prototypes which simulate industrial processes such as: speed control, air flow control, backlight control, and position control. For that, it will be addressed the procedures, components and the necessary supplies for the construction of the structures of the prototypes. Furthermore, the concepts and the design of the drive actuators and conditioning signals stemmed from sensors and transducers will be discussed, so that is possible to perform data acquisition. From the collected and stored data, there was a study of the linearity of the process, it handled the nonlinear processes in order to find their linear equivalents, and then it was obtained the transfer function of the system. After that, the controllers were projected through basic concepts of control systems and the root locus method. Finally, the performance of each prototype was tested with a control action.
