Evolução do rendimento das mulheres em Telêmaco Borba – PR, no período 1991-2010

Abstract

This work deals with the evolution of women's participation in the job market, through ensuring the independence and greater respect in a society historically formed by acceptance priority values occurs where the man in the job market. It is an attempt to show statistical data with the income situation of economically active women in Telêmaco Borba - PR in recent years and the change in the profile of workers for public policies that can address this important issue with analyzes based on consistent information. Through this study it was possible to realize the fact that there was growth in female participation in the labor market and also became evident that there is still a difference between male and female income. However it was possible to see that this is a fact that has been changing, with rapprochement between the incomes both genders.
