Identificação do grau de maturidade de estratégias: um estudo em dois aglomerados produtivos do estado do Paraná

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analize the level of maturity of the two different local productive arrangement (LPAs) the state of Paraná: LPA of sanitary metal in Loanda and LPA of instruments medical-dental in Campo Mourão. For this matter, was made a study on production organization and also a reread about classic strategic models for analyze the maturity strategic enterprises and the proposal the LPA, to indentify the interactions between both. An exploratory research was through an study along with entrepreneurs and managers covered by accessibility. From the collected of the data was built the analize pointing out that there significant interaction between the strategies of firms and the objective of LPA. The arguing for the such statement is supported in present study.
