Aquisição de dados utilizando tecnologia GPRS

Abstract

This study aims to use GPRS in order to update data sent from a remote acquisition equipment. Because of the need for communication between remote locations of automated systems, where it is not possible to transmit data via cable, wireless technology GPRS shows up as an ideal solution for this problem. Some protocols will be used for data transfer, emphasizing the Modbus, by having a structure of open message. In this study, will be raised features GPRS technology, as well as other protocols used.
