dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the development of a device with the purpose of interfacing an Automotive LIN network with a Bluetooth Low Energy device, aiming for automating vehicle adjustments based on the connected driver profile, as well as transmitting LIN Bus messages to another device via a wireless connection. It will be presented the considerations about the hardware used, the assembly and the firmware development. Further below it is shown how the device was tested, how it worked during the tests and what modifications can be made to improve the devices' features.
