Academic work hours that presents itself aims to identify the main processes of technological innovations in the Food and Beverage Industry. The research is a case study in a small business of food and beverages in the region of Ponta Grossa - Paraná. Dealing specifically on the Management of Innovation and Technology Management Tools for Innovation. With the method to prove the viability of the product innovations and process without a small business. It appears from this research that among those formally charged are: Value Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Management Interfaces, Lean Manufacturing, Change Management, Team Building, Creativity, Networking, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Environmental Management and Intellectual Property Management. Already, Project Evaluation, Technology Audit, Benchmarking, Analysis and Market Analysis patents appear as practiced informally. And Technological Forecasting is only partially practiced. Even unused formalized and structured manner, the existing tools to assist in Technological Innovation Management are being applied in the production process and product development company targeting the global market and the interests of their clients.
